What types of products do you offer?The H42 is an online gift store that currently offers greeting cards with customized inscriptions, monthly changing date boxes and a variety of clothing, stickers, hats and other gifts.

How do I stay up-to-date on drops and other news?You should join our monthly newsletter! We keep it concise and there might be unique deals that can only be found in the newsletter. Sent out every first Monday, our newsletter will update you on our upcoming drops, opportunities to work with us, and other important notices.

What payment methods do you accept?We are currently accepting all major credit/debit card payments, Apple pay, Google pay, Klarna and Afterpay.

How do I place an order?Placing an order on our website should be quick and simple. Each business has a separate page to display products. Once you have found an item you love, purchasing it will be as simple as clicking "add to cart", "checkout", filling in your information and clicking "submit"! Once the order has been placed, you should receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow us up to two (2) days to process and ship your order.

Do you ship internationally?Unfortunately, The H42 does not offer international shipping at this time. We are working with multiple shipping companies in order to provide our international customers with our amazing products. Updates soon!

Can I modify or cancel my order after putting it in?Any details about returns and refunds can be found under their respective 'policies' pages. Once an order is submitted, you have 24 hours from the time of the order to cancel the shipment. If you wish to modify your order, you must cancel your original order and place a new one. After an order is shipped out, customers must abide by the return policy in order to receive a refund. If you have any issues or unanswered questions, please contact heytheh42@gmail.com.

How do I track my order?Upon placing an order, you should receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Using that tracking number, you will be able to access shipping information about your order including arrival date and current location.
